US 41 - US 45 Schedule: July 2009 to August 2010 Location: US 45/Algoma Boulevard, Fernau Avenue, Snell Road, and Stillman Drive, city of Oshkosh to town of Oshkosh Description: This project constructs US 45/US 41 roundabout, local streets reconstruction, and construction of the detention pond. Traffic impacts: US 45 southbound traffic is reduced to a single lane starting at the US 41 northbound off-ramp and continuing for 500 feet past the new roundabout. US 45 northbound traffic is reduced to a single lane starting 500 feet north of the new roundabout and continuing to the US 45/Snell Road intersection. Starting August 18, US 45 and the roundabout will be open. Fernau Avenue traffic should use the roundabout to get onto Fernau Avenue while Snell Road traffic will still use the traffic lights. Snell Road traffic will be routed onto the temporary bypass.
